All shipments are made via Colissimo Insured for destinations in France, Europe, and the rest of the world.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the final weight of the package.
3. Delivery Times
- France: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
- Europe: Estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days.
- Rest of the World: Estimated delivery time is 5-12 business days.
Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Damages and Loss
All packages from Sugoi 351 are fully insured during shipment. This means that the recipient is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur in transit.
- If any issue arises, please notify us immediately upon delivery.
- In the event of visible damage, kindly send us clear photos of the damaged package and contents
- While damage is highly unlikely—given our robust packaging methods—we’re prepared to file claims and resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Please report any problems within 5 business days of delivery to qualify for a refund or replacement.
